Motorola Q cannot establish USB connection
If you experienced the transparent indicator window only showing one “dot” and then disappear after about 20 seconds when plugging in your Motorola Q to your Mac using Missing Sync for Windows Smartphone, here’s the solution:
There was an incompatibility between the USB software within the Q and the Mac. It suggested turning off the “Enable advanced network functionality” setting under Settings/Connections/USB to PC.
You should be fine after that.
